About the Team

Workday's Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team bridges the gap between Sales Strategy and execution by providing sellers and sales leaders all the information, resources & coaching they need to generate revenue. GSE ensures that every action aligns with the overall go-to-market strategy optimizing the ways that our customers experience Workday.

About the Role

The North America, Middle Enterprise Engagement Manager will work closely with field and revenue operations leadership to define and orchestrate Workday's middle enterprise enablement strategy. These strategies will be informed by salesperson capability, revenue performance, & sales execution data; and influenced by stakeholder feedback. This role will work collaboratively across GSE & GTM functions to ensure meaningful behavior change experiences for ME account teams.

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead the vision, strategy and partnerships with a collaborative approach to bringing the full force of the Global Sales Effectiveness team and resources to bear for their region.
  • Maximize the productivity of our sales force by ensuring they have the right information, at the right time, delivered in an effective way.
  • Establish & report out on measurable KPI's to prove the value of GSE training programs & experiences
  • Invest in new & established means of helping Global Sales Enablement evolve its data-driven enablement practice.
  • Effectively socialize & tailor global training programs to increase relevance and resonance with the NA ME sales teams
  • As the flag-bearer for NA ME enablement, this leader will be responsible for being aware of all enablement elements designed for the audiences in their theater in service of load-balancing on behalf of the participants
  • Act as the voice of sales to back into the great GSE conversation as well as with other partnering GTM departments

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred
  • 12+ years of relative work experience is required
  • Relative work experience in the B2B SaaS space in either Customer Success (CS) or Customer Experience (CX), specifically partnering with very large and complex Fortune 500 organizations is required

Other Qualifications

  • Experience successfully growing and managing large teams with direct and dotted reporting lines
  • Strong ability to guide and direct large matrixed organizations
  • A collaborative individual who has experience working cross-functionally across pre-sales, sales, services, marketing, product, etc. to align on and drive projects to completion with success
  • The ability to align Workday stakeholders on non-standard deliverables or processes to achieve customer and/or Workday outcomes
  • Experience and flexibility to account for changing priorities and focus with a demonstrated ability to adjust prioritization strategy when business requirements dictate the need for change
  • Capable of addressing and disagreeing with senior leaders but also have the ability to establish and develop trust with Workday executive sponsors
  • Strong project leadership with the ability to manage multiple large and complex projects
  • Ability to deliver results with minimal guidance, short turnaround times, and progress in the face of ambiguity
