Mobilisights is looking for a Sales Operations Lead to manage our North America (NA) sales operations function. Reporting into the Head of Global Sales Operations, you will partner with both global and regional teams to support the development and execution of sales strategy and go-to-market, drive adoption of globally aligned processes, programs and tech platforms, and deliver analytics and other operational support for the NA sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with NA sales and global sales operations team to support sales strategy & go-to-market development and execution, including customer segmentation, salesforce resource, territory etc. Your business insights, analytics and modeling will add great value here
  • Implement globally aligned processes, capabilities, and programs in NA. These may include sales analytics & reporting, forecasting, technology platforms, sales enablement, training etc
  • Provide analytics on sales performance and other business metrics; conduct quantitative and qualitative research to shape narratives and recommendations around business plans and results
  • Work with NA sales leadership on sales targets, quota, and territory; support sales incentive plan development and execution
  • Drive pipeline and forecasting process within NA; work with the sales team to deliver increasingly meaningful and accurate forecasts
  • Work with sales team to maintain system hygiene across technology platforms
  • Actively identify operational deficiencies or issues, and make change recommendations to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Participate and contribute to the development of global capabilities, programs and processes, including technology platform (CRM, Analytics Tool etc.) implementation and enhancement, sales incentive plan development and implementation, sales enablement program development and implementation

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years successful track record in Sales, Sales/Revenue/Commercial Operations, Sales Finance, Sales/Commercial Enablement or other related functions
  • Strong planning, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial and operationally savvy
  • A self-starter, collaborator, and hands-on operator who can work in a virtual and global environment
  • Experience with CRM tools is required; experience with implementing and administering CRM tools is highly preferred
  • Experience in SaaS or DaaS business ideal
