NASA Entry Level Software Engineer/IV&V Analyst

4M Research is currently looking for a full-time IV&V Analyst for our team in Huntsville, AL!

In this role, the successful candidate will work within the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) group located at NASA's Huntsville Operations Support Center.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing multiple, simultaneous projects (e.g. creating technical documentation, collection and compilation of data)
• Performing independent verification and validation of software, hardware, and facility configurations
• Utilizing proprietary systems to identify program flaws
• Compiling data for presentations and/or packages
• Briefing and presenting findings
• Creating and maintaining IV&V documentation
• Utilizing IV&V SharePoint sites

Requirements:

• Must have or be working toward a Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Ability to troubleshoot issues
• Experience with coding languages (.net, Python, etc.)
• Must be able to pass a background check

Desired:

• Experience with Linux systems
• Knowledge of IBM DOORS Next Generation and/or IBM Engineering Test Management
• Knowledge of Project Management processes
• Experience in technical writing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint

This position is: Full-time, on-site work
