We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a National Account Accessory Sales Manager on the Customer Service Team!
This is an remote position.
POSITION SUMMARY
LGEAI is seeking to hire a National Account Accessory Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing both National and Regional Accounts.
The position requires a professional able to grow LGEAI's market share and achieve and/or exceed sales quotas by calling on current and prospective accounts. This position also oversees activities and performance by tracking sales goals, setting sales targets, managing receivables, and interacting with various departments within the company.
Responsibilities include direct engagement with customers, coordinating with internal finished goods account managers, overseeing, and supporting forecasting, data analysis, and driving sales growth. Also includes coordinating with internal team members to ensure that customer expectations are met in regards of on-time delivery of product, pricing, quality and of customer pricing, on-time delivery of product and ensuring the customer expectations are met. The goal is to provide high quality service to our customer while controlling cost to meet the expectations of the company.
The ideal manager possesses strong innovative thinking, organization, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer relationship management
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Marketing and promotional planning
- Developing sales through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Promoting the organization and products
- Understanding of our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- Coordinating with various internal account managers to align customer retail marketing opportunities and work directly with customers as required
- Analyzing market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
- Performing metrics analysis and reporting
- Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting on a variety of metrics and/or projects on a regular basis. Areas include: sales and margin, order pipeline, customer agreements and business plans
- Interdepartmental support
- Working with various groups within the company (Accounting, Quality and Engineering, Customer Service, Field Support, Tech Support, etc.) and provide informative and correct analysis of accessory related business upon request
- Researching, monitoring, and reporting problems within various departments to determine root causes of issues and provide insightful information to management so that corrective actions can be taken
- Familiar and capable of navigating through National Account vendor portal
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required in Business or related field
- 5 years' experience in sales with National Account experience
- Proficient in MS Office-Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work successfully in a fast paced, and rapidly changing, environment
- Ability to travel 25%
