Position Overview:
Fooda is looking for a National Account Director in Chicago to oversee the day-to-day operation of one of Fooda’s enterprise cafeteria replacement and Workplace Convenience Services clients. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the dining program and serve as a direct liaison to the client. The client has ~60 site locations across the country with the day-to-day client residing in northern New Jersey.

- You are a quick thinker on your feet and see no problem as being too big or small
- You do not wait for direction and are always looking for ways to improve
- You have prior experience managing hourly or full-time staff
- You have prior experience in food service, enterprise catering, or refreshment services
- Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in addition to four to five years of relevant experience
What You Will Be Doing:
- Supervising the Day-to-Day operations of Fooda’s enterprise client with programs across multiple locations ensuring the “Service Experience” of Fooda is consistently offered to all customer and clients
- Represent Fooda as the main point to the client while internally interacting with Fooda Dining Managers and Supervisors across multiple locations
- Manage customer service inquiries and report back to main client or site level client
- Identify operational challenges and proactively communicate to client about proposed improvements.
- Perform weekly accounting responsibilities and ensure all financial entries are documented properly within Fooda’s systems
- Work with main client to understand goals of program then create reports that help you see if we are achieving the goals.
- Escalate any potential issues or questions occurring to the appropriate, responsible party when necessary to ensure proper procedures are being aligned to the client’s needs
- Conduct quarterly and annual Business Reviews with main point of contact to ensure Fooda and Client are on the same page and Fooda continues to provide best in class service across the portfolio
