Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional National Account Manager to join our TEAM! As the National Account Manager, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as research and develop new opportunities in all commercial segments, collaborate with Arch Reps and/or Sales Reps, and identify new national account sales such as but not limited to retail, restaurants, fitness, auto dealerships, and healthcare.

***Can be located anywhere in the Mid-West
Primary Objective
Develops new sales opportunities for Dal-Tile within the Commercial segment to include new construction, remodels & modular building. Works closely with arch reps & regional team to implement sales strategy.
Major Function and Scope
- Researches and develops new retail, auto, restaurant, healthcare, fitness, design build GC segment opportunities in assigned geography.
- Supports the efforts of local Arch Reps and/or Sales Reps in developing and implementing National Account specifications and service programs.
- Identifies new National Account sales opportunities.
- Researches, identifies, and responds to product and market trends.
- Participates in trade shows and meetings related to all National Account segments as required.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with Mohawk counterparts in designated region.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Significant but manageable travel required.
Experience and Knowledge Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong familiarity of Dal-Tile product lines, knowledge of Corporate product flow, manufacturing, sales and pricing structures.
- Minimum of 2 years in Architectural/Commercial Sales for Dal-Tile products recommended. Multiple market experience a plus. Experience working with Marketing Managers, Planners and Customer Service Personnel.
Competencies
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prepare and present concise reports in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong negotiation skills, good time management skills and the ability to think critically are important.
