Your Part in It:
Working from our global headquarters in downtown Chicago, we are currently looking for someone to join our team as a National Accounts Manager! As a National Accounts Manager, you will be fully engaged in day-to-day sales cycles, ensure operational functions are being met, identify process improvement opportunities, lead customer implementations, and build strategic partnerships in the marketplace.

What the Job Entails:
  • Develop and execute action plans that will lead to the signing of new contracts in the managed transportation space
  • Act as a business liaison to establish credibility with prospects through an understanding of their business challenges and opportunities with the end goal of presenting logical, economically beneficial solutions.
  • Perform as the sales leader, representing upper management while effectively communicating strategic direction to key stakeholders
  • Be familiar with the company's differentiated value proposition and full scope of services
  • Monitor revenue achievement by customer and undertake appropriate action with key stakeholders to ensure that commitments are being met or exceeded
  • Develop and maintain strategic multi-level customer relationships to uncover specific needs and behaviors of key decision makers
  • Responsible for creating and the delivery of high-quality presentations to customers

What We Are Looking For:
  • 5+ year of applicable sales experience
  • Proven ability to sell profitably, build and maintain relationships, and close deals
  • Excellent ability to negotiate contracts, manage pricing and rates, expand customer base
  • Ability to condense and relay pertinent information to the Management team
  • Must be willing to travel

Full-Time ONLY, Monday- Friday, and Training provided onsite
