POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Position is responsible for interfacing with Amazon andother E-Commerce accounts as assigned, selling our aftermarket portfolio. Bethe main Interface/Liaison with Amazon to drive profitable, Sustained growth.Work with Finance, and internal EMA teams to develop selling strategies todrive incremental business for respective product line(s) while maintainingtarget profitability levels and volume.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage Amazon account responsibilities and day to day strategy for the Amazon Customer Direct Interaction business.
  • Responsible for all Amazon operation reporting and working to reduce any fines/chargebacks, etc.
  • Responsible for pricing strategy and execution.
  • Fluent with Vendor Central platforms including AMS, claims, chargebacks, and shipping guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for all forecasting of assigned product line(s) including volume, promotional spend and transition cost.
  • Monitor and track "Sell in" and "Sell Out" at Amazon.
  • Be a subject matter expert for the Amazon Business portfolio.
  • Manage Share of Voice, advertising, and digital for Amazon and assigned customers to ensure EMA has proper positioning for OS products.
  • Work with Global Amazon team to make sure we have global alignment on account strategy and strategic direction.
  • Help collaborate/Create/execute E-Commerce Strategy.
  • Develop strategic product line-ups with detailed feature specifications coordinated with Product Line / Merchandising Manager that reflects the EMA brand marketing strategy for Electrolux, Frigidaire & Smart Choice Brands.
  • Develop promotional plans and marketing strategy to maximize ROI to EMA.
  • Track Online performance for Assigned channels to meet EMA financial/volume objectives and required performance levels.
  • Lead and prepare (with EMA cross functional team) any Product Line Reviews.
  • Work collaboratively with Amazon and other assigned accounts on product development where applicable.
  • Develop presentations both internal and customer focused that communicate our ideas and positions in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Monitor quality level for all product category and monitor improvement plans with manufacturing facility.
  • Monitor Consumer Star Ratings on Amazon Marketplace.
  • Track Account Receivables status for assigned lines.
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained on items including, but not limited to, pricing, VSI, CTS, and item set-up.
  • Item set up for all customers and manage the creation of all new SKU's.
  • Maintain and communicate all pertinent industry analysis data.
  • Creation and updating of additional reporting for sales and assigned channels.
  • Drive Marketing to enhance customer experience online.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 - 7 years in sales, sales operations, marketing, merchandising or another relevant field.
  • Experience working with Amazon a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
  • Solid financial analysis aptitude.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good basic knowledge of product development processes, advertising, marketing, and sales.
  • Proven competency in MS Office Applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Capable of setting priorities, meeting pre-determined deadlines and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to Collaborate, work and communicate in a High Performing Team environment.
  • English required.
