National Account Manager, GSP

This is where you and your skills come in. The RingCentral National Account Manager is focused on growing market share with Global Service Providers new routes to market geared towards a mobility workforce. The NAM will be responsible for driving sales and sales programs within the GSP owned retail stores, authorized retailers, mobility call centers and direct sales. As the lead SME the NAM will be responsible for enabling the GSP sales channels and account teams, which includes training, sales development, and general sales support. The role is expected to have deep knowledge and expertise of GSP's Business-to-Business sales organization, any Authorized Resellers, Business Mobility Centers, Authorized Retailors and Company Owned Stores.
Job Duties:
- Develop business plans and drive sales of RingCentral services with GSP's
- Conduct regular business reviews and planning meetings with senior sales leadership in assigned region.
- Partner with GSP field sellers with prospecting, sales meetings and closing new opportunities.
- Conduct sales enablement to GSP sellers on our white label UcaaS offering to GSP
- Answer partner questions via e-mail and telephone
- Assist GSP sellers and partners with demo's, quotes, proposals, and RFP support for RingCentral services.
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with GSP with implementation, support and escalations
- Assist with launching and set up of new sales agent and reseller partners
- Provide ongoing partner training to GSP sellers and their partners.
- Work cross-functionally with other team members to deliver on company goals
- Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for the service provider channel
- Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure partner and customer satisfaction
- Participation in GSP industry events such as trade shows and seminars
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- 3+ years of channel sales experience with service providers, channel partners and direct sales experience.
- 3+ B2B, field sales technology background, preferably SAAS, UCaaS, VoIP, Hosted PBX and Mobility Application Sales
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Demonstrated track record of success experience in maintaining an existing customer base.
- Ability to strongly influence decision makers
- BA / BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
- Ability to explore and make recommendations to partners based on customer needs strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military and/or work experience

If you are hired in California or Nevada, the compensation range for this position is between $144,500 and $206,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
