Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a National Accounts Director to help us develop and strengthen partnerships with employer accounts. You’ll be responsible for developing outreach strategies and exploring new go-to-market opportunities. You’ll be a leader within our Strategic Partnerships team and your responsibilities will include:

Leading business development for potential new and emerging and existing channels including Employers Brokers and other partnerships

Forming and developing long-term entrenched relationships with partners by attending conferences taking networking calls and performing cold outreach

Strategizing how to approach employers brokers & national account managers at payors and creating tailored pitches that strengthen our existing relationships

Partnering with the Payor Partnerships team to execute payor/employer strategies
Salary range: $151200 - $210000
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
-
You have experience in healthcare sales: experience selling to employers and brokers internal experience at a payor and/or experience within the employer-payor sales ecosystem

You have strong sales skills; you are creative proactive and persistent with a bias for action

You can collaborate cross-functionally with account management and operations teams
-
You have a Bachelor's degree
