The Role

Bloomerang has an extensive network of national associations like Boys and Girls Clubs, Habitats for Humanity, YMCA’s, CASAs, Free Clinics and more. These associations have 100’s of local chapters spread across the country who have ability to use Bloomerang solutions to engage and retain donors and volunteers. As an National Accounts Manager, you will seek and form partnerships with new associations and grow relationships with existing partners. The goal of this role is to leverage the partnership with the national organization and find and inform local chapters about the unique solution and benefits and to facilitate the sale of Bloomerang to those local chapters.     

What You Will Do

  • Find and build relationships with new national membership driven non-profit organizations.  
  • Do you like to speak and tell stories? You will help build and execute programs that seek and inform local chapters and groups about the unique offerings Bloomerang provides their association.   
  • You will travel 25% of the time to conferences and tradeshows around the country to engage with prospects, current customers and event organizers to showcase Bloomerang solutions and our partnership with the association.  You will work with the Bloomerang new sales team who will facilitate the eventual sale to the local chapter.  
  • We are focused on driving relationships with National Accounts through in person conferences, webinars that we host and other activities.  
  • As this department succeeds there will be other opportunities to grow and create impact.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Must be detail oriented and extremely hard working. 
  • Comfort working autonomously and with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to Haves But Not Required

  • Experience working with Nonprofit National Accounts (think Boys and Girls Clubs, YMCAs, Free Clinics, etc)
  • Sales or marketing to nonprofits background

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $60,000 - $70,000, plus incentive compensation. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
