The Lighting Brand National Account Manager, Digital, will work to implement and execute the digital marketing strategy, including social media, reputation management, lead generation, email marketing, website conversion, and management of all digital vendor partners across all lead streams. The National Account Manager, Digital will closely coordinate activities with those of all cross-functional partners to lead all aspects of the Digital Sales business, including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies to assure effective lead-to-appointment conversion and to measure the success of marketing efforts using CRM, Data Mining, and Measurement and Tracking systems. Job Responsibilities Build, grow, and optimize online marketing programs to acquire new customers, increase retention, and drive sales.
This is a Hybrid role based out of our McDonough, GA location, in accordance with the Millennium LightingFlex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison and primary point of contact within the eCommerce arena for cross functional partners, acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test eCommerce initiatives.
- Lead both in-house and outsourced online marketing programs, which includes maintaining a monthly master marketing grid for both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Track, measure, and report online marketing performance regularly. Communicate online marketing strategies and tactics to educate managers and colleagues to drive engagement and participation.
- Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities and technologies. Build performance metrics to measure success and conduct analysis to determine efficiency, implementing change where needed based on the data.
- Supervise design and development of website improvements by outsourcing partners.
- Community outreach; local fundraisers and events Manage assigned set of accounts, prospect new accounts and support channel management for assigned brands.
- In-store events, including new product launches, premium customer functions, and other PR initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Sales, Management, or Channel experience
- Outstanding Collaboration Skills
- Strong process orientation

Pay Range:
$6,374.70 - $13,933.70
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
