National Accounts Operations Analys that participates in the oversight and development of programs, policies, initiatives, renewals of contracts, and administration of sales contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Provides operational sales support and oversight to the unified Dentsply Sirona National Accounts team representing the RCO and all SBU's
  • Project representative on cross SBU initiatives involving National Accounts (DSOs)
  • Interacts with business to ensure process and policies produce optimum benefits, researches all issues, and proactively manages policy and process
  • Interacts with various sales personnel regarding contract and pricing functions, bid opportunities, contract renewals and payment and/or ordering
  • Responds to RFQ (Request for Quotation) and RFP (Request for Proposal) solicitations including interaction with internal stakeholders
    • Expanding DS presence on new sites and avenues for bids to secure new business and maintain existing business
  • Develops strategies and leads initiatives to use contracting as a tool to build business and increase sales seeking competitive bid opportunities
  • Presents and prepares activity reports
  • Participates and in all audits relating to sales contracts.
  • Travel and coordination of travel for potential sales meetings, trade shows and other meeting participation
  • Work with and travel to Dentsply Sirona Business Units for contracting work, audits, marketing and training and travel to run programs and represent the company at association meetings
  • Assists in planning, implementation, and management of DSO CE programs.
    • Maintaining knowledge of Corporate CE requirements
    • Coordinate any CE and CDT Credits needed for CE Programs
  • Support annual budget and monthly forecast processes, incorporating actual results, current trends, and future strategies
  • Create financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets
  • Manage and oversee National Accounts expense budget

Ideal candidate has the following experience:

  • Minimum of 5 to 6 years experience as a office manager, business manager or project manager
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate via email, in person and via electronic methods
  • Strong skills in excel, word and outlook.
  • Degree preferred

The base salary and variable compensation for this role is between $70,000 and $85,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
