About the position:

Receives regular supervision. Develops, implements and/or maintains assigned programs and/or systems for department. Plans, coordinates and conducts standard and non-standard projects. Responsible for interpreting policy, and evaluating and modifying existing methods/processes as required and ensuring they are most cost effective. Typically works under normal office conditions where required to sit for extended periods of time. Regularly spend significant amounts of time working in front of computer terminal.

Essential Duties:

1) Develops specifications, implements and maintains programs and/or systems to meet department needs.

2) Reviews reports and/or data and provides analyses, summaries and resulting action plans.

3) Plans, coordinates and/or conducts standard and non-standard projects or project segments.

4) Exchanges information and resolves issues with multiple internal departments and/or outside organizations over a variety of program/project related issues.

5) Provides leadership, support and advice to lower level personnel (typically non-exempt) in order to successfully complete projects.

6) Analyzes current practices/procedures and makes recommendations/decisions for change.

7) Maintains records with appropriate supporting material. Updates records as necessary.

8) Performs related work as assigned.

About the schedule:

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule after completing the training period.

About you:

• Requires general business knowledge as would typically be acquired in a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.

About the total compensation package:

Salary - Starting salary is expected to be between $52,100 - $66,800 per year, depending on qualifications of selected candidate

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Previous project management experience is preferred.
