What You'll Do:
Traeger is seeking a National Accounts Sales Manager to join our world class sales team. You will lead our Outdoor, F&A, and Emerging channels with a focus on driving profitable growth, expand market share, and maintain channel health. You will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and account management initiatives that help bring more consumers into the Traegerhood and drive KPIs. You’ll foster close working relationships with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to achieve goals. Salt Lake City is the preferred location for this position.
How You’ll Help Us Win:
- Identify and execute business strategies that contribute to Traeger strategic objectives and drive profitable revenue growth and expanded market share
- Maintain regular contact by phone, email, and in-person with assigned accounts to discuss and evaluate program strategies, marketing plans and promotional initiatives
- Drive end-to-end account management while ensuring Traeger profitability: from sales presentation to order acquisition to order deliver; management and resolution of all credit claims, customer compliance issues, returns, etc.
- Produce and deliver accurate and reliable quarterly forecasts
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company sales leadership and cross-functional partners
- Foster high-performance culture, innovative thinking, and enterprise mindset throughout the organization
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- BA/BS preferred
- 8+ years of national sales/account management, or equivalent experience working directly with large, national accounts
- Strong analytical, planning skills & negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to drive business insights and turn into tangible action
- Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM)
