About the position:
Expected Deliverable
- Increased System sales share in assigned National Account System sales activity
- New System Sales development, and incremental sales growth within existing accounts
- National oversight and analysis of NA System sales for Raymond Solutions Support Centers
AnalyticalResponsibilities
- Report monthly on System sales results to Director of National Accounts.
- Ensure System products are being discussed during customer Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Monitoring the CRM pipeline, forecasting incoming orders, and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively.
- Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop overall go to market strategy for National Accounts. This is to include, systems supplier alignment with Sales team, contract management and understanding of co-seller arrangements, systems gap analysis of current National Accounts, market place awareness of capabilities and Raymond/SSC/System Supplier capabilities.
- Begin in depth training of NAM's for our Systems capabilities. Training on Raymond automated products, SSC's System capabilities, Kardex, Locus, Bastian and DeStuffit.
- Map out support structure for Systems Sales needs. Identify what resources are within our SSC Network and what SSC will take the lead in the top 10 National Accounts.
Tactical Responsibilities
- Networking at all levels within National Accounts to secure all business opportunities.
- Ensuring Raymond provides the highest level of customer service to National Accounts.
- Holding regular monthly meetings debriefings with internal stakeholders about key accounts
- Investigating and resolving issues raised by national accounts.
- Insure account management is taking place, proactive not reactive, coaching and supporting sales reps.
- Attend customer visits and coordinate factory visits representing The Raymond Corporation.
About remote work:
Fully remote candidates will be considered based on experience and skill set. Fully remote candidates may be required to travel to Greene, NY for onboarding and/or periodically throughout the year based on business need. About you:
- A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Five or more years of professional sales experience is required.
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager,Area Manager, or similar senior sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Understanding of Supply Chain operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- 70% travel as needed
- Previous material handling industry experience is preferred.
About the total compensation package:
Salary-Salaries ranging from $120,00.00 / year
Bonus - Paid Quarterly $48,750.00 (quarterly bonus will be paid upon completion of the quarterly milestones)

Requirements
