National Advertising Design and Quality Lead

We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented National Advertising Design and Quality Lead to join our client-facing team.

This full-time role involves creating impactful advertising designs and ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all materials and ads. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders possess outstanding communication and organizational skills and demonstrate a passion for producing exceptional work. To be successful in this remote position the ideal candidate will be a deadline-driven self-starter with a positive attitude.

In a Typical Day You’ll:

• Review and proof designs for accuracy consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to improve and finalize designs.

• Implement best practices for design workflows and quality control processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.

• Collaborate with internal sales teams to create branded sales presentations proposals media kits and collateral.

• Manage escalated client cases and work to resolve their concerns ensuring they’re satisfied with their ad designs.

To Land This Gig You’ll Need To Have:

• At least five years of experience in customer-focused design collaborating with clients working with national advertisers and / or agencies.

• At least three years working on media presentations proposals mock-ups and sales collateral.

• At least five years of experience using Adobe InDesign to create advertisements

It’s Not Required But We’d Love It If You Also Have:

• An understanding of print production processes including prepress color management and print specifications.

• Familiarity with tools for creating digital ads such as HTML5 CSS and online ad platforms.
