About the Role:
Industrious is building a range of products and services that solve the needs of large commercial landlords. One such product is the design, delivery and implementation of events, content, and programming aimed to increase occupier engagement across a large portfolio of buildings for a single ownership group. This is a critical part of our longer-term competitive strategy and an important product for a different kind of customer.
Industrious is hiring a National Event and Content Manager to lead the signature touch points of our tenant experience programs by bringing a dynamic mix of event directives, content and playbooks to a variety of community and property teams with a wide range of budgets, time and knowledge.
This role is for you if:
- You have the ability to craft unique activations at scale that are locally or nationally relevant and brings groups of people together in impactful ways
- You have the skill to develop messaging and curate meaningful content this is on brand, amplifies a set of core beliefs, and increases the value of our product
- You are motivated by shaping the future of why people go to work and believe that amazing acts of hospitality are a requirement for any office building that wants to stay relevant
This is a remote based role.
As the National Event and Content Manager, you will:
Programming & Events:
- Produce, design and distribute content calendars to properties based on tier and scope
- Ensure all playbooks, content calendars, blog posts and any other content always aligns with ownerships values and initiatives - predominately GRESB buckets.
- Templatize, distribute and train community teams on the use of monthly event playbooks, and quarterly event directives.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
- Create structure and process to facilitate quarterly stakeholder meetings, presentations, and recaps
- Facilitate strong engagement with community and property teams by hosting collaborative sessions for event curation and office hours for “in the moment” support
Content:
- Create standards and templatize local newsletter requirements including cadence and content
- Create monthly articles, charts and videos for mobile app and newsletter (both local and national) so there is brand continuity across properties.
- Assist with the implementation and training of new softwares (Mailchimp, Canva)
Partnerships:
- Develop and source national partners who can amplify ownership values and incorporate into activations and content on a strategic cadence
- Create playbook for community and property teams to be able to source local partnerships and perks independently.
You Are:
- Passion for delighting customers through value-add events, programming, and content
- Action-oriented and resourceful, you want to start building as soon as possible.
- Self-starter who has the ability to work independently.
- Adept at creating processes and is well organized
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a timely and efficient manner.
- An engaging and inspiring presenter who enjoys facilitating group interactions and loves speaking in front of larger groups both virtually and in person.
You Have:
- 4 - 6 + years of experience in creating events, programming and content at scale.
Compensation:
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $95,000 and $105,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
You will also be eligible for an annual bonus calculated based on individual and company performance.
