Summary:
The Regional Supply Chain Fleet Coordinator is responsible for ensuring vehicle availability by supporting field team members across North America.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Remotely support active out of service by evaluating market by market unallocated and aging vehicles
• Ensure all vehicles, for a given region, are maintained per Zipcar standards (PMs, damage, etc)
• Support infleeting/defleeting operations by communicating with local field teams
• Works closely with local Zipcar teams and Supply Chain to ensure limited vehicle downtime
• Communicates with team members daily on out of service, recalls, challenges and opportunities
• Works with national vendors to ensure on time performance and accountability
• Supports centralized responsibilities for region, including

• System Permissions
• On-call slack channels
• Fuel Cards
• Transponders

• Impound support
• Registrations
• Recalls
• Reporting
• Towing
• Gather damage invoices

• Identifies and analyzing trends/issues and recommends solutions to expand and improve the Zipcar Fleet

Qualifications:

• Four year college degree in related field, preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environment
• Flexible to be on-call, as needed
• Leadership - the individual has demonstrated the ability to supervise and lead individuals and teams successfully
• Problem solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and maintains confidentiality
• Interpersonal skills-the individual maintain confidentiality; remain open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
• Oral communication-the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrates group presentation skills
• Written communication-the individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information
• Planning/organizing-the individual is self-directed and prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently
• Quality control-the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors field work to ensure quality
• Adaptability-the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
• Dependability-the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance
