National Lending Insurance Senior Associate

JOB SUMMARY: The National Lending Insurance Senior Associate is responsible for monitoring insurance compliance for the bank’s lending platforms, maintaining insurance data integrity in the system, ensuring insurance premiums are current, and executing other insurance-related responsibilities for the commercial and ABL loans managed by Alliance Partners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recording new loans’ insurance requirements in the Company's proprietary system
• Confirming insurance coverage meets loan requirements
• Obtaining current insurance certificates from borrowers or brokers
• Monitoring ongoing insurance compliance and maintaining data in system
• Monitoring flood insurance, if required
• Performing escrow analyses and monitoring escrow balances
• Requesting insurance payments
• Maintaining insurance-related procedures
• Collaborating with loan servicing, originations, and portfolio management teams, as needed
• Providing compliance reports to senior management and lending teams
• Completing other ad hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year, accredited institution required
• Commercial loan insurance experience, one to two years required
• High level of proficiency and comfort with technology-based systems and applications
• Highly organized and efficient, able to work with all levels of staff, detail oriented, a team player,
• and excellent time management skills
• Superior client services skills are imperative
• Must be able to adjust quickly to changing priorities
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while completing thorough and error-free documentation
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $71,000 (entry level qualifications) to $87,000 (highly experienced).
