Summary
The Innvictis BioScience National Product Manager provides strategic product direction and tactical planning nationally for the Innvictis branded Nutritional, BioStimulant, and Organic product portfolio. This role will contribute to the overall Innvictis product strategy, launch new brands, lead marketing strategy and tactical plan execution. The Innvictis BioScience National Product Manager will support the overall goal to deliver a diverse portfolio of innovative products and solutions to help growers achieve their profitability and productivity goals.

Summary

The Innvictis BioScience National Product Manager will support the overall goal to deliver a diverse portfolio of innovative products and solutions to help growers achieve their profitability and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maximize overall marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and market development activities nationally.
- Develop & implement 1-2 year marketing plan. Build and execute marketing programs to drive product growth. Owner of business specific marketing calendar. Prioritize promotional and educational activities within budget.
- Collaborate with CX marketing team for product promotion and advertising tactical support. Provides Input for launch planning and tool development.
- Assist Business Unit Director with product innovation. Identify portfolio gaps, explore new technology, support business case for new product introductions and develop launch plans.
- Work in conjunction with other team members (senior account managers, tech services, national accounts, and peer positions), to develop and implement marketing strategies, sales objectives, and tactics.
- Support senior account managers and retail business with product positioning, brand strategies, education, and sales forecasting.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university (Consideration for the successful candidate will include a combination of education, training, and/or experience)
- 10+ years related experience and/or training
- Extensive knowledge of the agriculture industry, marketing and organization.
- Ability to develop and implement successful financial goals, marketing and business plans.
- Able to work through and with others to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication project management, and leadership skills.
- Progressive, strategic, and visionary in approach to job responsibilities.
- Able to balance long-term and short-term goals and objectives.
- Computer skills including excel, outlook, power point, and word.
