All students deserve high-quality tutoring support to help them achieve their academic potential. Our mission is to enable equitable, high-quality, and cost-effective district managed tutoring for school districts of all sizes. You can be part of our unique SaaS start-up that integrates with schools’ existing tech infrastructure and instructional tools to enable school districts and other student-serving organizations to provide equitable access to high quality, flexible, and targeted student support.
What will you do?

Love to build? You will build and lead the Sales team. With some amazing team members already in place, you will take the team to the next level and drive strategy and execution. Â

Passionate about K-12 education technology? You will need to bring your experience in education technology, but be ready, this is an exciting new type of technology that you can introduce to school districts all over the country.

Do you love to coach? You will have the opportunity to get deeply engaged in the sales process and coach the team on success tactics. You will constantly work and tweak the sales process so that we can quickly scale.

Do you love to work with other departments, free from silos? You will work with the management team to design the territory plan, demand generation coverage metrics and help shape our market message and positioning. Â

Are you a sales analysis geek? You will be the steward of sales projections and planning and will need to understand marketing dynamics, competitors and their sales tactics
Â
What you will need to be successful here:
-
BA/BS with 5+ years of experience in education technology sales to K-12 market
-
Experience hiring and ramping a high growth sales team
-
Experience in sales data management, including pipeline reviews and sales bookings projections
-
Experience managing and executing internal sales processes including hiring, onboarding and ongoing training
-
Excellent leader with the ability to roll up their sleeves and build a great company
-
Ability to collaborate cross functionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
-
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
-
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
-
Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion

You have been a key contributor to the early stage sales success of a new organization or product line

Prior startup experience is a plus.

You are able to come up with plans A,B,C and even M if needed, and are flexible enough to change course when needed.
