National Strategic Systems Manager
Job Description
The National Strategic Systems Manager is responsible for developing and administering training for BeMatrix systems with a focus on core products that cater to the needs of Shepard's customers.
In addition, this role will work closely with our in-house and on-site systems leadership teams and designers to manage BeMatrix inventory, introduce new extrusion types, establish SOPs, enhance designs, and streamline workflows.
Essential Job Duties
- Control BeMatrix inventory and make all BeMatrix system purchasing decisions on behalf of the company
- Collaborate with the SVP of Operations and National Operations Systems Director to create and implement BeMatrix training for on-site and in-house systems supervisors and the BeMatrix team
- Create, implement, and maintain processes and SOPs for in-house and on-site systems supervisors
- Attend essential events related to BeMatrix systems projects
- Create comprehensive product information documents for sales staff and customers, providing quick reference facts to educate on BeMatrix products
- Work with structural designers to establish efficiency for designs and assist with detailed projects as needed
- Create process efficiencies for packing, storing, labeling, and handling of new types of extrusion styles
- Monitor projects in Shepard's OLP to ensure each branch's adherence to all BeMatrix SOPs, best practices, quality control, and safety guidelines
- Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service Program
- All other job duties as assigned
Requirements

- Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner by making daily decisions to benefit the client and the company
- Proven knowledge and experience working with BeMatrix Systems product line
- Experience with CAD software systems
- Excellent communication and math skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
