We're hiring roughly ten candidates for a natural gas sales and project management position committed to delivering reliable, safe and affordable energy to our customers in South Bend, IN. Job Summary
Responsible for adding annual growth margin by seeking out and converting profitable natural gas connections in the existing home, and new home markets. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key residential developers and HVAC contractors to assist in effectively selling natural gas heating connections and additional appliances. Increase profitability in the residential, new construction and conversion markets by reducing cost to serve and maximizing sales. Serve as a community liaison via community and industry organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities - Confer with customers, and growth execution specialists. Negotiate service contracts, terms, and conditions. Ensure sales targets are met while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Actively seek out and engage customer prospects that are along or nearby our mains, added load opportunities, or identified via marketing initiatives. Promote appliance saturation and new technologies. Manage customer expectations by demonstrating an understanding of growth processes. - Manage relationships with plumbing and heating contractors, builders, architects, municipalities and engineers to promote the benefits of natural gas, resulting in increased sales. Act as an energy expert for internal and external parties. Represent us at energy events throughout the year / team nights / enjoy paid vacations per incentives met. Serve as a community liaison via community and industry organizations - Maintain accurate lead and prospect information to allow for forecasting and marketing needs. Actively participate in marketing initiatives by suggesting improvements or hyper-targeting segments to increase marketshare. Maintain familiarity with general installation practices and procedures in order to offer solutions to customer-specific growth challenges.

Salary: Roughly $65,000-$76,000 per year.
