Job Description

The Navigation Product Development Senior Advisor is responsible for driving the design and development of key features, capabilities, and services of the Evernorth Navigation Product. The Evernorth Navigation product combines digital and agent-based member engagement across both Evernorth's and our client's preferred solutions. The ecosystem will include core digital solutions, specific client vendor solutions, and immersive access to the best of Evernorth's Medical, Behavioral, and Care products. The objective of the position is to drive requirements that align to the overall product vision and strategy that maximize the overall experience and success of our near and long-term value propositions.

Working collaboratively within the Navigation Product Team, architecture, development, data and analytics, experience teams, and cross-functional partners and vendors, this position will drive this unique market solution using user-centered design, business solutioning tactics and agile methodologies to create an unmatched Evernorth solution that addresses our client's toughest healthcare challenges. Additionally, this role will be a key partner with our business readiness and client implantation teams along with supporting the management and continuous improvement of the Navigation solution to drive engagement and make the complex simple in healthcare.

This position must be steeped in healthcare knowledge and have familiarity with current Navigation offerings in the market. In addition, the Navigation Product Development Senior Advisor must have a well-developed matrix management process and demonstrate high influencing skills to accomplish objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and design around key features, capabilities or services
  • Define, prioritize and execute on a multi-year roadmap for assigned areas
  • Create Epic level requirements and partner closely with technology on planning and delivery activities
  • Manage a backlog and a Now, Next, Later roadmap for emerging features
  • Work with Product Designers to use design thinking techniques to help clarify and align opportunities
  • Work closely with Digital UX teams to design and test experiences that deliver an empathetic, simple and personalized experience
  • Work closely with analytics and insights teams to make sure we design solutions that are data driven
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. growth, ops, technology) to execute on the product concept, delivering the value in the business case on time
  • Support the product management and sales functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience within the healthcare industry required
  • 5+ Product development experience required
  • Agile methodology, new product development experience required
  • Ability to work independently & lead among ambiguity
  • Trusted team player with proven ability to foster an manage working relationships within a matrix environment
  • Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into actions; ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work with frequent shifting priorities and due dates
  • Proven oral and written communication skills across various levels of the organization
  • Executive presences and ability to partner with the growth team to finalize Navigation deals
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results with sense of urgency
  • Must be able to travel up to 15%

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,000 - 181,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
