Navitaire Analyst
We are looking for a Navitaire Analyst to join our team. The Navitaire Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing airline reservation data in order to develop strategies for improving customer service, efficiency, and cost control. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, keen attention to detail, and a passion for data.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze airline reservation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, efficiency, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Navitaire to monitor progress.
• Train users on the Navitaire system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Navitaire system.
• Develop and document procedures and processes related to Navitaire.
• Monitor Navitaire system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Navitaire or similar software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw conclusions.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
