Net Revenue Analyst

Prepare and present month-end rate/volume/mix analysis of net revenue to CFOs and other interested parties, prepares mid-month rate changes, assists with mid
month and month end reporting of net revenue, assists with the daily reconciliation of RCA to Epic. They are responsible for providing the patient accounts receivable
reserve calculation and analytics to support the calculation to the acute care facilities located within the market. Assists the Market Leadership, the Net Revenue
Leadership, Accounting, Decision Support, and Financial Planning by providing financial analytics to support the monthly and trended reserve calculation and net
revenue, realization and variance to budget.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Perform month end close functions including preparing models, preparing journal entries, reconciling GL accounts, analyzing variances, resolving issues and
participating in close calls.
Maintains existing tableau reports and builds new ones as necessary.
Supports the data integrity of Crowe Horwath Reserve tool, by keeping up the mapping of SIPG's, Insurance Providers, Transaction Types and appropriate Discount
Types.
Supports the financial statement audits, by running requested reports out of the RCA system.
Monitors file load status in RCA daily to ensure data is loaded as necessary.
Performs mid month recast functions and understands what's driving rate variances.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Years and Type of Experience:
1-3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred
Required Minimum Education:
4 year/Bachelors Degree
Specialty/Major: Accounting/Finance or related field
