Job Description

About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and experienced .NET Team Lead to guide and mentor a team of developers while contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong technical background in .NET development and the ability to lead projects and people effectively. Responsibilities: β€’ Lead a team of .NET developers, ensuring high-quality code, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement. β€’ Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver full-stack solutions. β€’ Architect, design, and develop scalable .NET applications using C#, .NET Core/Framework, and related technologies. β€’ Perform code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices. β€’ Mentor junior developers and help them grow their technical skills. β€’ Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. β€’ Identify risks and roadblocks early and work with stakeholders to mitigate them. β€’ Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows. Requirements: β€’ 10+ years of hands-on experience with .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API). β€’ 3+ years of experience in a team lead or senior developer role. β€’ Strong experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular or React (optional depending on stack). β€’ Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework. β€’ Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms is a plus. β€’ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. β€’ Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Nice to Have: β€’ Experience with microservices architecture. β€’ Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). β€’ Experience integrating with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
