Job Summary

The Cloud Partner Commit organization as part of the World-Wide Partner Organization (WPO) will drive the growth of NetApp cloud products through current and new NetApp cloud partners by capturing committed agreements that create partner cloud best practices to land new cloud logos, expand existing logos and accelerate consumption with predictable ARR growth based on the commitment size.

As a member of the Cloud Partner Commit team, you will target the optimal partners to execute on capturing committed spend to significantly grow NetApp's Cloud Partner contributions and NetApp results. You will collaborate closely with the WPO organization, NetApp hyperscalers leaders, independent software vendors (ISVs), cloud service providers (CSPs), and cloud first partners, leveraging their capabilities to drive new NCCP commitments based their cloud practices to accelerate their results.

This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence working in fast-paced and dynamic environment, leading by example with sound business judgement and problem-solving expertise. The role will have high level of exposure across the leadership team, cross-functional groups at NetApp (BU, Marketing, IT/Ops) and GEO/Areas providing an opportunity to expand our functionality and drive change across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Overarching focus: holds accountability for delivery of the NCCP commit targets • Collaborates with the WPO, Cloud Alliance and Partner Development organizations, etc. to help capture new Cloud Partners, manage program outcomes and ensure renewal or expansions • Manages NCCP program content, sales plays and collaborate on Cloud use cases to drive partner productivity and build Partner Cloud practices• Manage NCCP Partner Registrations and track partner commits consumption and expiration• Develop best in class Cloud Partner programs following the NetApp defined Sales Plays and best practices • Grow Cloud ARR predictability by maximizing the potential of existing NCCP partners while concurrently seeking to significantly expand NCCP agreements• Define and track KPIs and metrics to measure and track success of implemented strategies and initiatives• High level of engagement and influence with internal and external key stakeholder/customers/partners at executive levels • Provide predictability of the business at any point in time, focus on the right metrics & activities that help us deliver a scalable Cloud Commitment Program result

Job Requirements• Complex technology experience with at least 15 years selling Cloud Software with Hyperscaler experience, including expertise with cloud products in a metered and subscription model• Experience working with high transaction, cloud first partners• Track record of success in overachieving sales plan in matrix organization • Data Driven Leader with Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Proven track record of working collaboratively across cross-functional groups• Demonstrate experience & knowledge of MRR/ARR consumption, churn, net new & growth• Have a strong understanding of key sales tools and processes including demand generation/marketing tech stack, forecasting, pipeline/CRM, account planning and performance management

Education• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus• 15 plus years experience including at least 10 years in partner led sales

USA Residents Only: The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is 310k - 360k. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
