Netcool Admin

Description

We are looking for Netcool Admin for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Required Skill Sets: • IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus ITNM TNPM & ITM • IBM Netcool ITNM and TNPM Administration work. • Excellent understanding of Netcool probes e.g. MTTrapd EIF Email Syslog & Message Bus. • Adding/removing new network nodes in ITNM. • Creating scheduled/custom/adhoc reports in IBM Netcool. • Shell scripting knowledge and TCP/IP routing is needed. • Good understanding of Netcool and ServiceNow integration. • Upgrade knowledge on IBM Tivoli monitoring (ITM). • Retiring/removing servers from monitoring. • Adding server to monitoring. • Able to troubleshoot day-to-day activities and work on incidents. • Able to work and resolve the incidents/Task within SLA.
