ROLE SUMMARY:

The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the NetSuite system, creating and implementing workflows, identifying ways to utilize the NetSuite platform to improve how the business operates and training users. The NetSuite Administrator will also be responsible for configuring and customizing the system to meet business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations, scripts, etc..
• Proactively bring to cross-functional teams ways to leverage NetSuite and its partners to improve how the business operates.
• Manage and administer the NetSuite platform to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement customization and enhancements within NetSuite to meet specific business needs.
• Design and create custom searches, reports, and dashboards in NetSuite to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to NetSuite functionality, ensuring seamless operation.
• Stay informed about NetSuite updates, new features and partner solutions to leverage them for continuous improvement.
• Monitor EDI transactions, troubleshoot errors, and implement improvements to enhance integration processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality, custom searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data security, compliance, and system integrity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in NetSuite Administration, NetSuite modules and functionalities
• Understanding of the general business requirements for a consumer package company
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of NetSuite customization tools and scripting languages such as SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow
• Expertise in creating and implementing workflows and training users
• Strong understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts and integration processes (preferred experience with TrueCommerce)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and technology landscapes.
• Being a motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic team player is key

PREFERRED:

• NetSuite Administrator Certification
• NetSuite implementation experience
• Use of iPasS solutions with NetSuite
• Customer-obsessed
• Results oriented
• Experience with Planful, Shopify, BlueRidge, or Korber Highjump
• Personal Care/Grooming industry experience

POSITION TYPE:
This is a full-time exempt position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a hybrid role working in our corporate headquarters in Marina del Rey.

SALARY:
$120,000-$135,000 + Bonus
