NetSuite Administrator – Vice President

iCapital’s Corporate Finance team is looking to hire a NetSuite Administrator, Assistant Vice President. This role will assist in building comprehensive reports in NetSuite, streamlining efficiency and managing technology issues that arise. The ideal candidate should be able to lead complex projects such as integrations of alternative accounting software. This role will be the expert in the department on all items NetSuite with the potential to expand their remit to other software tools within Corporate Finance.

• Responsible for NetSuite administration for the Corporate Finance department.
• Expand remit to become the administrator for all Corporate Finance technology tools.
• Create custom reports and dashboards.
• Resolve issues or errors that occur within NetSuite.
• Work on integrations with other systems and instances of NetSuite.
• Lead the Corporate Finance technology integration for acquisitions.
• Work through various modules (fixed assets, payables, etc.) to ensure appropriate connections and functionality.
• Manage and track several projects at once.
• Explain in a clear and concise manner any complications, issues, solutions to the larger team and be the go-to person on NetSuite within the department.
• Identify process efficiencies and make recommendations on process improvements. Document procedures and training materials.
• Work directly with ACS to solve other issues as needed.

• Highly motivated individual who is willing to take confront challenges head on
• Minimum of 7 years of NetSuite experience
• Experience with integration of accounting systems into NetSuite
• Experience with integration of outside software into NetSuite (examples include Coupa AP tool, Adaptive FP&A tool, etc.)
• Knowledgeable and able to assist on implementation of the deferred revenue module in NetSuite
• Design and administer workflows for journal entries, invoicing, billing, etc.
• Experience with One World, currency exchange systems, etc.
• Knowledgeable on roles and permissions for all levels of employees
• Accounting/finance related experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and find the answer to ad hoc requests (creation of new forms, custom searches, custom reports)
• Focused, detailed-oriented with big picture capability

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
