Job Description

NetSuite Analyst

As a NetSuite Business Analyst, you will partner and collaborate with teammates cross-functionally to understand needs, present options, and facilitate the selection, planning, building and delivery of solutions.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite Business Analyst. Our NetSuite practice is rapidly growing. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with positive energy, great people and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we are currently looking for someone who has a strong background with NetSuite implementations, support and ERP Consulting.

As a Business System Analyst you will be primarily responsible for researching, analyzing, defining, designing, configuring, documenting, and testing detailed business requirements. This role provides implementation support for key business application goals. A blend of business acumen coupled with project management experience is critical to be successful in this role. The ideal candidate will work in a team environment on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define and drive end-user business requirements and systems goals

• Partner as a solution consultant that deeply understands current state business processes and challenges

• Effectively negotiate scope and timeline with business leads to achieve high value business outcomes

• Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on track

• Identify functional requirements and objectives to ensure alignment between business requirements to support system integrations into NetSuite

• Assist with preparation of the project status report, project timeline and project budget

• Create, customize and manage NetSuite fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom objects, custom records, scripts, reports, saved searches and dashboards

• Test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements

• Provide training to end users

Qualifications

Skills and experience

• 2+ years experience in a Functional Solution Consultant or Business Analyst role

• Experience serving as a trusted advisor, driving conversations with internal and customer stakeholders with demonstrated ability to effectively present and communicate unpopular decisions when necessary

• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integrations

• Proven results leading and overseeing front and back-end solution architecture, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs

• Experience establishing synergy with technical and functional team members

• Hands-on functional NetSuite ERP implementation experience including full life cycle experience with all phases: Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
