This is a pivotal position for a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual who, collaborating with the Controller & Business Infrastructure Lead. The right person will lead initiatives as they relate to financial systems, including our Netsuite ERP. Collaborating internally with members of the financial functions, external consultants and other teams, this person will be responsible for understanding requirements and translating them into action. This position is responsible and accountable for the overall development, delivery, maintenance, continuity and support of our core financial systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy EDI/API integrations for NetSuite, including with fulfillment and manufacturing partners, payment platforms, bank accounts, and aspects of TFD’s homegrown infrastructure.
• You will collaborate directly with Fulfillment Centers to manage new and existing NetSuite ↔ WMS integrations, resolve data integrity issues, and propose solutions to mitigate the risk of sync failures. Experience with Boomi iPaaS is required.
• Configure dashboards, reports, and saved searches that will enable us to craft timely and accurate financial and inventory reporting. Experience with transposing data to external outlets (Google Cloud, Looker, Tableau, etc.) is preferred.
• Understand our current business processes and ensure that NetSuite is being used to fully apply its capabilities and automation, including synthesizing complex legacy business processes into practical requirements.
• Support the Finance and Operations functions with tasks related to ERP administration, improvements, and upgrades.
• Serve as a primary resource for functional and technical NetSuite support.
• Maintain expert knowledge of our CX processes, workflows, tools, systems, and data pathways
• Review scheduled system upgrades, and determine impact on The Farmer's Dog’s processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Ensure that the FP&A and Accounting groups are appropriately supported through the month-end-close process.
• Assist with CSV imports, mass updates, and data cleanup.
• Develop + maintain user guides for NetSuite processes and third-party financial systems.

• You are empathetic and deeply understand the connection between emotions and actions
• Have 5+ years experience in administering NetSuite with implementation experience preferred and 2+ years experience with Dell Boomi EDI.
• 1+ years’ experience integrating NetSuite to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and payment systems
• Comfortable working in Google Sheets and Excel, particularly as it relates to transitioning spreadsheet-based models and reports into NetSuite reports
• You have experience working with the financial software stack of a modern growth-stage business, at scale
• Familiarity with Shopify, Stripe, TaxJar, and/or Bill.com a plus
• Suite-Script experience a plus
• Proficiency in custom record types, workflows, fields, forms, roles and permissions, and Saved Searches and reports.
• Strong financial modeling expertise with a knowledge of accounting and supply chain management principles
• Highly analytical, thorough, and able to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience managing complex, high-impact projects with large, multi-functional teams and diverse partners
• Strong social skills; ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of Finance, Operations, and Senior Management
