Netsuite Consultant (Procurement)

Role Overview

KWS are looking for a NetSuite certified consultant with a strong background on procurement (end to end). This individual should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders (junior to mid senior) at both legacy studios and new acquisitions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Absorbing new acquisitions on finance applications
• GAP analysis for absorbing new acquisitions (Procurement)
• NetSuite application configuration with a focus on P2P functionality
• Full data migration (open transactionsmaster data etc.) and system testing
• Training new users
• User support (c 350 user base) and defect remediation (split shift between Asia & Europe)
• Design of workflows and process enhancement
• Stay current with emerging NetSuite releasesfunctionality.

Skills & Experience Required

• NetSuite certified consultant (FoundationAdministrator) – might suit ex consultant seeking to go in-house
• Strong procurement experience required (end to end experience)
• Background in Procurement a major plus (exposure to Procurify integration highly advantageous)
• Complex multi subsidiary environment experience essential
• Experience working with multiple and remote teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to work within team deadlines.
• Strong communication and team skills.
