NetSuite Developer

Our client, a manufacturer in the Greater Minneapolis area, is looking for a NetSuite Developer to join their team on-site. This isn’t your typical “heads-down coding” gig — they want someone who enjoys solving real business problems, collaborating across departments, and building a system that actually makes people’s jobs easier. You’ll be the go-to for all things NetSuite:developing custom scripts, optimizing workflows, integrating with other systems, and making sure the platform runs smoothly. Front-end development experience (SuiteScript, HTML/CSS, JavaScript) will come in handy as you create clean, user-friendly interfaces and dashboards that fit the way people actually work. What you’ll be doing: Building, customizing, and maintaining NetSuite applications and integrations Creating scripts, workflows, and dashboards to improve daily operations Partnering with finance, ops, and production teams to understand needs and deliver practical solutions Helping shape the future of the company’s ERP setup as they scale What they’d love to see: Hands-on NetSuite development experience (SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder) Front-end dev skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, maybe some React or Angular background) A collaborative, problem-solving mindset — not just a “ticket taker” Manufacturing or supply chain familiarity is a plus
