We are looking for a NetSuite Functional Analyst to elaborate functional specifications (Epics User Stories/Non-functional requirements) and allow the implementation of the task so it meets the pre-defined outcomes/outputs.  We need someone who can support Tech teams to build & improve NetSuite our ERP.

Expected outcomes & responsibilities

• Collaborate with the stakeholders on the definition of the functional task for the tech-team.

• Analyze business requirements from different stakeholders

• Map risks and tackle them before they happen.

• Elaborate functional specifications (Epics User Stories/Non-functional requirements)

• Follow the implementation of the task so it meets the pre-defined outcomes/outputs.

• Solve problems and initiate collaboration within the team; anticipate identify and actively resolve issues.

• Generate weekly reports following the main KPIs of the business/product.

• Troubleshoot and improve tools to maintain quality assurance

• Discover and share industry trends around industry technology and behavioral economics to impact the product and business.

• Set up dashboards and track the proper analytics to make sure the product meets expectations and is easy to use.

• Create and maintain the project backlog organized and updated that reflect the project status reality.

• Project communication with stakeholders to align expectations.

Skills Needed

• Proven experience as Business or Functional Analyst in digital environments.

• Bachelor degree in IT related fields.

• SCRUM Methodologies practitioner.

• Proven experience with NetSuite.

• Background as QA / Tester.

• SQL and Google Analytics knowledge is a strong desirable

• Knowledge of key concepts from digital businesses (desirable)

• Experience in eCommerce projects preferably in big tech “.com” companies.

• Excellent communication active listening and organization skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on problem solver and confident when facing challenges to ensure the project is pushed forward.

• Strong structured thinking skills as well as a proactive attitude.

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis KPIs and indicators management.

• Strong growth and entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude.
