Well versed with Functional Area of Netsuite - A/R, A/P, G&A, FAM, Bank Recon, General Automation.

Support L2/L3 tickets Support functional requests for AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Revenue. Monitor incoming incidents and requests, triage, prioritize, and, in some cases, assign them to respective team members for further support. Communicate to low-level and high- level users (individual contributors all the way to C-suite level)

Ready to work in shift over lap pST for 3 Hr from 8 AM PST.
