Position Summary:

The NetSuite Jr Administrator is primarily responsible for supporting the NetSuite Administrator and other department managers with system requirements and troubleshooting efforts in addition to providing front line user support and training. This position should have a drive toward developing their skills and capabilities within the NetSuite environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support senior staff in the day-to-day needs of NetSuite
• Support the administrator with functionality and system design.
• Assist the administrator and business stakeholders to analyze the needs of the business and support their optimized use of NetSuite.
• Fully document existing and new customizations, assist in the development of training materials, assist in end user training, and participate in projects when requested.
• Maintain NetSuite Security profile, user access, roles and rights.
• Support user requests for new searches, reports, KPI's and dashboards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality and customizations
• Assist with handling incoming tickets.
• Support utilization of custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows under direction from the NetSuite Administrator

Requirements

Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with NetSuite OneWorld working daily with transactions, reporting, support and administrative tasks
• BA/BS in a related field, or equivalent work experience, required
• Experience with Suite modules such as SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics is preferred

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment, required
• Proficiency with Excel
• Experience working with multi-region / country administration preferred
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Experience with 3rd party integrations a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work normal business hours and must attend meetings when scheduled
• Experience using Teams and Office Suite

• None

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, deadline oriented office environment; currently work from home with occasional travel.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to regularly talk, hear, see and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse
• Occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 15 pounds

Salary Description

Min: $64,500 Max: $73,000 (Yearly)
