Your Role

We’re hiring a NetSuite Partner Manager to join our growing Channel & Alliances team and lead partnership initiatives. In this role, you will shape the NetSuite Alliances strategy, including sourcing, nurturing, and scaling relationships with Oracle NetSuite, Consulting/SI Alliances, and relevant complimentary ISV technologies. You will work these Alliances and the Zip Sales teams to source net-new sales opportunities and influence ongoing deals. This role is especially unique because you will function as more of a General Manager of your Alliance area: building exceptional relationships with Oracle NetSuite and their ecosystem and, while also jointly scaling our businesses.

You Will

  • Build and manage Alliances with NetSuite and their ecosystem
  • Co-develop and execute on the global Channel & Alliances plan with the team
  • Create and drive programs to recruit, onboard, and enable partners
  • Work cross-functionally to drive key business development initiatives from creation to implementation
  • Work closely with the entire field and internal sales teams, pre-sales engineers, and marketing to grow new and incremental revenue
  • Build out a repeatable effective partner engagement models to nurture and drive mutual success to our partners and sales organization

Qualifications

  • Prior experience building, leading, and/or managing an Alliances & BD team 
  • 6+ years of alliance and/or business development experience in the software / Fintech / payments industry
  • A proven track record in scaling and growing a business development, referral program
  • Experience working in the ERP / accounting / financial management / financial ops domain and, in particular, working with this ecosystem is a big plus
  • Builder mindset comfortable leading department operations, including partner operations for recruiting, onboarding, enablement, and nurturing
  • Brings an existing network of relationships across target alliance partners
  • Strong ability to drive execution of strategic initiatives and tactics
  • Experience developing, negotiating and closing partner deals 
  • Ability to sell partners on Zip’s vision and the mission of our partner program - get them emotionally and economically invested in the relationship
  • Travel required on a monthly basis
  • A willingness and passion to drive your own execution
  • A track record of working in a fast-paced environment, setting your own demanding expectations, inspiring and supporting your teammates and exceeding those expectations
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive quality execution
  • Assertive, Passionate, Persuasive, Positive, Consultative, loves to compete and win
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required

The OTE range for this role is $175,000 - $250,000. The compensation for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
