Your Impact

A Project Manager you'll play a pivotal role and would make a significant impact by expertly designing and managing project plans within NetSuite, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will optimize resource allocation and forecasting, helping the team stay on track and avoid bottlenecks. By holding regular progress reviews and fostering clear communication, you will ensure projects remain on schedule while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. You will focus on high-quality deliverables, along with maintaining detailed logs of risks, actions, and decisions, leadingYou to smooth project execution. Additionally, by mentoring junior team members, you will contribute to building a more capable and effective project management team, driving overall organizational success.

 Please note: This is a remote position and you must be based in Canada.

Responsibilties

• Create Detailed Project Plans using MS Project and importing them into NetSuite.
• Manage resource allocations, availability and forecast.
• Perform weekly project status meeting and monthly Steering committee meetings
• Ensure time entries are done on a regular basis, validation and approval of time entries.
• Ensure the smooth movement of project based on the project plan and flag any risks.
• Create RAID (Risk, actions, issues, and decision) log associated with projects.
• Review deliverables, perform engagement reviews and drive quality assurance procedures.
• Enforce strategic and methodical execution of program deliverables and drive outcomes.
• Execute internal projects on Products and deliver in a timely manner.
• The ability to organize work and lend structure to a project to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Project Co-ordinators also serve as mentors to more junior consultants to help them improve their project management and consulting skills to be more effective
• Proven track record of project delivery and interacting with all levels of management.
• Execute on the project delivery processes and methodology to support total quality of project deliverables.
• Facilitate Cut-over and Go-Live processes.
• Contribute to internal company initiatives including go-to-market efforts, knowledge management and enablement

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background and will be able to see when current strategies need to be tweaked to move the project in a productive direction
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and change management skills
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
• Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
