The Financial Systems team is focused on building and supporting best of breed financial systems to ensure scalability with the rapidly growing business.


The Netsuite QA Analyst designs, engineers, and maintains a full suite of Netsuite testing solutions and QA processes, supporting a fast paced team. Acts as a subject matter expert for system health and QA best practices, contributing toward predictable delivery of quality releases with a focus on best practices, controls, and operational excellence. This role requires collaboration with business owners and stakeholders, with a focus on QA and support utilizing technologies.

  • Develop and execute test plans working in an Agile environment
  • Collaborate with NetSuite Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, and NetSuite Developer and other cross-functional teams to balance priorities, risk, and schedules
  • Generate and maintain UAT data
  • Lead periodic Netsuite release regression test cycles and UAT events with the NetSuite Administrator
  • Proactively bring issues to the attention of the team and propose and implement solutions to solve them
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and monitor debugging process results
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Tracking of quality assurance metrics
  • Follow QA and SDLC best practices and have a continuous improvement mindset


About you

  • 3+ years of experience and working knowledge of Oracle Netsuite core functionality, DevOps and CI/CD, in addition to experience and working knowledge of Salesforce, Jira and Github. 
  • 2+ years of experience in testing Netsuite, Salesforce applications
  • Knowledge of changement tools (Salto.io and Github is an advantage)
  • Prior experience SQL, REST APIs (API Testing), and scripting
  • Knowledge of process areas like L2C, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, GL, AR, FA, AP, etc
  • Prior experience building and executing test plans on a complex software product within an Agile environment (manual testing required, automated testing is an advantage)
  • Prior experience identifying, replicating, and communicating defects to appropriate teams, and collaborating on a resolution plan
  • Prior experience with change controls including documentation testing, approvals, and reporting
  • ​​​​Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • EST/CST Preferred

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000 - $110,000 annually + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
