岗位描述 • 负责管理 Network 子 Team • 负责跟踪业界等前沿技术的发展 • 负责制定通讯子领域的技术发展 Roadmap、针对关键技术领域制定 技术方案和进行架构设计。重点技术领域：短距通讯协议（ Wi- Fi/Bluetooth/UWB），网络传输协议（TCP，UDP，QUIC 等） • 负责领导和完成相关原型系统的开发 岗位要求 • 计算机科学、信息科学、电子工程等相关 • 通讯行业的工作背景 • 精通多种通讯协议，在以下领域（Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/UWB）有特长 • 精通主流的网络传输协议（TCP, UDP, QUIC） • 对拥塞控制，弱网优化有丰富的实践经验 • 熟悉 Android OS 操作系统、精通 Android OS Native & HAL 开发 • 熟悉主流移动端 SoC 芯片的通讯功能相关 Firmware 开发 • 15 年以上的软件开发经验、10 年以上相关技术领域的开发经验、至 少 10 年 C/C++开发经验，10w+行有效代码 • 有 5 年以上的团队（团队成员 5 人以上）管理经验
