Network Admin

Description

We are looking for Network Admin for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary skills - Expertise in Routing, Switching, Load balancer, wireless & Firewalls.
• Hand-on Experience on Juniper (mandatory) & Cisco Router & Switches with configuration, implementation & Troubleshooting.
• Should handled and resolve P1/P2 issue within SLA
• Prepare design document like LLD/HLD, Runbook, SOPs
• Must have experience in Incident/change/problem management
• Management & administration of network infrastructure - Cisco & Juniper Routers, Switches, Cisco WAP, Firewalls, Ruckus and Load Balancers
• Experience in multi-vendor like Cisco/Juniper/Extreme/F5/Palo Alto/Dell/HP/Cumulus
• Must have Hands-on experience/indepth knowledge on routing protocols & experience in troubleshooting Nexus, BGP, OSPF, Load balancer & Switching issues.
• Experience on F5/Barracuda Load balancer.
• Experience in Nexus VDC/VPC environment
• Vendor Cisco/Juniper routing & Switching (mandatory Exp)/ Load balancers F5/BarracudaWireless "Ruckus". Palo Alto Firewalls/Cisco ASA Firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure related hardware and software issues
• Implement change requests as per business needs on Network elements.
• Work with the various vendorproduct in delivery of data network service, hardware and software to agreed service levels
• Handling and escalating highly impacting operational issues to upper Management and/or 3rd party vendor escalation
• Participate in team projects and project/technology transition
• Identify and resolve chronic issues
• RCA/ Clients meeting / Regular Operational updates/ CAB meetings
• Participate in Technical Audits.
• Participate in team projects and project/technology transition
• Vulnerability management for keeping network inventory under compliance.
