Network and Systems Administrator

At SpotOn you will have a direct impact on our business by working on building out the architecture, documentation, and supporting processes that drive industry-leading efficiencies across our IT and critical business systems portfolio. Systems include but are not limited to corporate SSO/authentication (Okta), corporate networking (Meraki), directory infrastructure (Active Directory), unified communications (Slack & Talkdesk), access control, and patch management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for LAN, WLAN, VPN, WAN, and ISP resources for SpotOn and its Customers.
- Monitor and address security incidents and vulnerabilities
- Understanding of SOC1 and SOC2 compliance, and SOX.
- Be a resource to SpotOn departments in their support Customer Networks
- Evaluate systems which enhance or replace those currently in place
- Automate processes related to onboarding and offboarding.
- Onboard and migrate SaaS apps to SpotOn's IdP solution, Okta.
- Provide training to Helpdesk for new features and changes in procedure
- Maintain (write and update) internal support documentation for Helpdesk and end-Users
- Work with Helpdesk on tickets and support for end-users
Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in an IT Systems related field (e.g., Systems, Architecture, Integrations)
- 5+ years of experience managing networks (we use Meraki)
- 3+ years of experience with patch management
- 3+ years experience with AWS
- 2 years in Network Management in an intermediate or lead role
- 2 years of experience working as an administrator of SaaS applications
- Experienced with networking infrastructure
- Strong understanding of key concepts related to IdPs and how they integrate
- Proficient working with API's like Okta and Google and Meraki
- Scripting experience with Python and Powershell
- Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware
- Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar certifications are a bonus
Compensation:
- Our base pay range is $110,000 -$140,000 for this role.
- Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan.
- Offers will be reflective of the candidate's location and experience.
