Position Description: Stryker is seeking a customer focused Network Architect to interface across all departments, acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects. They conceive strategies, solutions, build consensus, and sell/execute solutions. They are involved in all aspects of the project life cycle, from the initial kickoff through the requirements analysis, design, and implementation

What you will do:
- You will be responsible for the overall systems architecture and design in the area of network services.
- You will formulate deployment strategies in the network services to ensure reliability and scalability for Stryker systems.
- This will involve having you support and maintain hardware, software and connectivity components by analyzing the functionality of the network framework and designing and planning major upgrades and changes to ensure reliability and availability.
- You will be responsible for the analysis, design, and development of a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs future state.
- Advise business and project stakeholders on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts and technology priorities.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree required, preference for relevant technical degree. Will consider an additional 6 years' work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of related experience in customer-facing technical service or support, including experience with implementing/integrating software systems.
- 8 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of Network Engineering, within large organizations and/or global teams delivering successful projects or programs.
- Certified in professional or expert level of multiple areas within network services.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
Travel Percentage: 30%
