Network Architecture Governance and Process, Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:
The Network Architecture Governance and Process role will be responsible for managing network architecture compliance decisions are brought through the appropriate Governance Forums and Committees. Your duties will include ensuring that business requirements are met including functional, operational and resiliency needs by maintaining project lifecycle processes.
You will assist project leaders with creating and reporting on regular status metrics for the Network projects to track Network Architecture Risk Assessment and report to Network leadership. Support with conducting QA activities, including reviewing project decisions and ensuring escalation pathways to appropriate network teams / committees to support regulatory guidance.
Your duties include program management oversight of governance processes across Core Technology Infrastructure Network risk assessments. We will look for you to work closely with risk assessment owners and manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, consistently document key decisions and escalate issues by monitoring progress and demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with the execution of network governance and process oversight
• Deliver quality outputs and own assigned tasks with a proactive approach
• Escalate issues with proposed solutions in a timely fashion
• Maintain relationships within the team
• Assist and support more team members with maintaining collaborative relationships with staff (such as Business Line Compliance)

Skills and Experience:

• Current experience in Governance and oversight.
• Some understanding of WAN / LAN Technologies
• Experience in a large enterprise environments of network solutions
• Good understanding of compliance risks and compliance assessments and good knowledge of general networking
• Structured and organized in approach with a strong attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of diligence
• Performance and results oriented, able to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines. An ability and desire to challenge the status quo, through analysis of systems, data, and processes
• Good written and verbal presentation skills, able to communicate data analytics concepts and the results of work performed clearly and concisely. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
• Relevant previous experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Jersey City pay range:
$129,800 - $175,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
