We are looking for a Network Coordinator to join CEI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Network Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that CEI has achieved the necessary coverage in your assigned region as well as provide support for other areas of the country with the remainder of the Network Team. The individual is responsible for assisting in all activities related to the management of and the relations with CEI's network of providers. This includes collision shops, independent appraisers, glass providers, rental providers, decal providers, towing providers, and any other provider required to process a CEI claim.
A Day in the Life
Enrollment:
- Contact industry professionals and resources for references on provider applicants
- Negotiate agreements with new providers as necessary
- Review in detail, CEI process and procedures
- Identify and fill coverage gaps when determined by CEI management staff
- Map specific prospect/client requests against the CEI network
- Partner with Element Supplier Network to leverage cross vendor relationships
Provider Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance to all CEI procedures and parameters
- Provide the following: Vendor scorecards, analysis, and metric reporting at all levels
- Document violations and take appropriate remedial action and documented feedback to the shop
- Serve as Financial Administration liaison when necessary
- Participate in the annual collection of provider membership fees
- Edit, Change, Add or Delete tasks associated with vendor maintenance
- Handle new ownership situations that require new contract/vendor set up
- Maintain insurance certificate compliance with network providers
Out of Network Claims:
- Initiate contact with out of network body shop to introduce CEI and our customer
- Discuss process and procedures for making payment to the shop (including W-9 documentation)
- Establish agreement for shop to accept CEI payment terms
Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with all providers including but not limited to glass, rental, appraiser, and body shops
- Assist as required with any disputes or problem claim resolution as necessary. This includes handling comeback claims whereby someone is unsatisfied with the service provided by a network facility
- Negotiation of claims to satisfy the best interests of CEI and our customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working in customer relationship management
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain internal and external relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to take direction and ask questions when necessary
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through completion
