Network Enablement Manager, Multimodal
The Network Enablement Manager, Multimodal, is a Corporate Transportation Network Strategy team member. They lead the development, adoption, and repeatability of intelligent tools and controls to support the modal vision and strategy. They will strive to provide the Transportation team members with modern digital tools and products to upskill critical resource time. This person must lead through influence rather than authority.
The Multimodal Support Corps is a flexible team of professionals who support Modivcare's alternative transportation modes, including Rideshare, Mileage Reimbursement, and Public Transit. The team consists of multiple partner managers, enablement managers, and performance analysts. Work is assigned based on the Company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and changes from quarter to quarter, leading to diverse work experiences, projects, and challenges. The Multimodal Support Corps is designed to expose early career professionals to various opportunities and challenges, building future mobility leaders at Modivcare.

You will...
- Deliver modern digital network tools to establish controls on critical transportation processes and role-based security.
- Serve as the vital connection between strategic initiatives and market-based teams.
- Collaborate with other Modivcare teams, including Product Development, Technology Engineering, Digital Transformation, and local transportation teams.
- Maintain a two-way dialogue with stakeholders about the effectiveness of Modivcare's standards for members and transportation providers, identify best practices, and continually improve our process for using transportation provider services according to goals and objectives defined by the Vice President of Transportation Insights & Strategy.
- Assist with any product development needs as required.
- Participate in the Transportation Provider Advisory Council
We are excited to speak to some with the following...
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, healthcare management, supply chain management, or a similar field
- 3+ years of related experience in the transportation industry, preferably in a Healthcare setting
- Proficient in a broker model of dispatch routing and project management tools
