Your Role

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Network Engineer! The Network Engineer will support the automation team with network specifications, as-found documentation, and MES projects, assisting with automation infrastructure projects, OT operations, and IT operations. Candidates should have a strong background in network engineering and network security, with experience in automation change controls and CAPA support.

• Support current network specifications and network remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking solutions into automation systems.
• Assist in shutdown planning for network security. Plan and execute network-related tasks for shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide on-demand support for IT operations and OT operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Implement and adhere to change control processes for automation network configurations.
• Participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address network-related issues.
• Conduct regular assessments of network performance and implement optimizations as needed.
• Document and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and maintain comprehensive records.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant network engineering experience with expertise in network security and automation.
• Knowledge of IT and OT automation.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, security, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of shutdown planning processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with change control and CAPA in a regulated environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• GMP background is a plus.

Estimated Annual Salary (dependent on experience) $75,000 - $85,000
